"5 bar (73 PSI) compression. Both cylinders. Put new spark plugs again"
OK. That's a serious problem. Compression should be closer to 10 bar, or 145-150 PSI. The service manual calls out for 1000Kpa.
So, all the new spark plugs and injectors in the world are not going to help.
You'll need to pressurize the cylinders (one at a time) at top dead center, and check for leaks in the intake and exhaust valve ports, and from the engine crankcase (rings) to find out where you are losing compression.
Valve leaks are usually fairly easy to correct assuming the timing hasn't gone out of specification and the valve train is sound. Always good to check the valve lash first. If that doesn't address it, lapping the valves to reseat them is next. If that doesn't fix it, time for a machinist to rebuild the head.
Bad rings or cylinder walls will take a bit more effort.
Good luck!
