ZForce 600EX/600 / Zforce Smoking Bad

Hey,
 I have a 2013 snyper 600 same as zforce 600. 2200kms
went on a run last week, when we reached our destination
my friend driving behind said there was a puff of blue smoke
from exhaust when i left my house. Checked oil, showed empty
on dipstick. Afraid to drive it, i got a bottle of reg 10w30 oil from
a nearby cabin. Drove home, all was fine, fast forward to next day.
checked oil from cold, never showed on dipstick. i put 1/4 to 1/2
quart in bike to fill it up. When is started it up it filled the garage
with smoke from exhaust. Motor shot just like that? or is it from the 10w30
oil?

ZForce 600EX/600 / HandBrake operation
« on: October 18, 2021, 10:12:51 AM »
Hey,
Can anyone explain how the hand brake system works on these machines?
I have a 600 snyper, the handbrake dosent hold at all. Checked all cables are moving
freely and not binding, all mechanisms on caliper is free, pads are barely worn, but piston
does not move to stop bike when hand brake is applied, what am I missing, is the piston
involved in the handbrake process?

Thanks
