After reading the service manual for my Z6 and finding my secondary clutch didn't look like what they were showing, I was now on a mission to find out what was really in there. Here is what I found.
The primary is a cfmoto with 30x18 25g. Rollers
The secondary is a  CV-TECH made in Canada. Popular opinion is this is a nice clutch. Thumbs  up to cfmoto
The older secondary, I'm calling it, must be removed with the belt. Use a spanner wrench to hold it while removing the nut. I can't get a impact in there.
The CV-TECH has two tapped holes you can just thread one of the case screws into to open it up and get the belt out.
Artic cat also uses this clutch setup on the wildcat 1000. Great video on YouTube just search Arctic Cat Wildcat clutch disassembly removal

Hey buddy I have a question I'm looking into buying some dr pulley rollers just wondering if you knew if the z6  rollers are the same size as the zforce 800ex? And thank you

Looks like they are the same oem part numbers. I would mesure the originals  to be absolutely sure but they should be 30x18 25g. Stock weight.  I'm at 24g. Dr pulley sliders now and have just ordered a 23g. Set.  1/4 to 1/2 throttle is still a little doggy for me. The z8 has more hp than mine so the 24g. Might be a good start.

Right on thanks for the advise let me also ask u this when u changed out the rollers did you also change out the I think it's called (distance sleeve) ? Oh and here is a pic of the kit so you know what I'm talking about

The original sleeve has just an oxide finish on it. The chrome might help the movable sheeve slide better. I didn't change mine. Dr pulley also offers the small plastic guide inserts that go on the thrust plate. I forgot to order a set when I ordered the sliders so not sure if they fit. Cfmoto has two clutches. The HL (engine braking) and the MC (non engine braking) they use different   rollers and slides. The z8 only had the HL clutch.
