Hi, I have had my CF Moto 550EPS for a year and I havent done much distance about 150Miles :(
today my engine over heated, I have seen posts about over heating so I need to get to the coolant and fans but I am being really thick and I cant see how to get the front rack off?
Can anyone give me some quick advice on how to remove / release the front rack.
Thanks
Andrew

The first thing to check is the thermos or fan switch. This has been the #1 thing that failed on many models. Usually on the radiator..it would be the only thing with wires going to it.

Hello, check the fan fuse on the fuse box, if ok check the proper function of the fan relay, if ok you have to take off the left headlight cover, very tricki, on the lower left side of the radiator is the thermo switch, unplug it and turn ignition on, bypass the switch with a cable and the fan should work.
