Belt/Rollers Change

Here is what I did

1. Remove the driver's seat and support bracket along with the rear plastic cover behind the seats.

2. Remove the cvt duct work. Spray the rubber grommets with oil to make removal easier. Also remove the two air box screws to allow more space for getting the exhaust duct out.

3. Remove the cvt cover. The two longer screws are at the dowel locations.

4. Remove the primary nut. 32mm socket with impact.

5. Remove the movable sheeve. Hold the pressure plate on so your rollers don't make a run for it.

6. Thread a cover screw or 6mm screw into the secondary to open it up.

7. Remove belt.

8. Reassemble using spanner to hold primary in place and toque to 85ft/lbs. Then remove 6mm screw from secondary. Turn by hand to ensure all is well.

NOTE: Secondary nut is 35mm and uses a different spanner wrench.
