Has anybody considered the waterless coolant? Works great for mine.
Won't freeze or boil and never have to change it.

I might do this. Jay likes it fine:

It should be noted there is a conversion process that should be followed:

This is the one I use, MX115.

I can see a lot of advantages in using this (as well as stopping water pump leaking) particulary on vehicles that are stored for long periods (like winter) and those used in very hot climates.

Have a 2015 800 same problem... I've filled up twice, dealer says it should stop.  I just picked up some of this coolent online for $14 and free shipping.  Hopefully that will end it.  Love the moto, might be getting 2 new SxS's next

This is not a stop leak. It also can not be used with any of the old water-type coolants. The system must be completely flushed out with their flushing agent prep to ensure no water or prior coolant exists and tested with their test strips. That's about 30 bucks a gallon and I don't think its sold in quarts. Then the cheapest of their waterless coolants are near 40 bucks a gallon and I don't see quarts sold there either.

If your pump mechanical seal hasn't stopped leaking in 200 miles, it isn't going to and needs replaced. Insist that with your dealer and don't mix any waterless coolant with any standard coolant.  The other thing others are saying is that with a good quality standard coolant like Prestone, their seals stopped leaking. Mine too leaked but quit in about 150 miles. I want to switch to this but the cost is ...not in my budget just yet. :)

My mechanical seal on my z6 is leaking has been for a little bit I ordered the pump it came in one piece i like the design better than other atvs because the mechanical seal and the inner seal are all in one unit. Others i have dealt with the inner seal is inside the motor housing. seems like a better design i was just wondering what the rest of you though about it?

Thumbs up on the one piece unit. I have done a lot of seals on different machines and this seems like a good idea to me.
