Grease fitting locations on CForce 600
« on: April 26, 2021, 09:44:03 AM »
Hello,
Just got my new Cfmoto 600 and it started squeaking somewhere after about 30 miles of not so hard riding. I'm reading on the internet that a lot of people saying that they received their new cfmotos very light on grease even though it's dealer responsibility to put it in.
Anyway I'm about to grease it. I've located 3 grease nipples on each side of rear suspension (6 total). I cannot find anything on the front side. I've tried to search the internet and cannot find anything either. Can anybody give me any hint where they are located on the front? Is it possible it doesn't have any?
Thanks,
Michael

Most often the first things that start squeaking are the shock ends...and they have no fittings. You have to remove, grease and re-install. I have a how-to video in the How To section on doing this. Also look to the sway-bar bushings. They are usually greasable. Otherwise its only the a-arm and knuckle bushings that have grease fittings...and remember to always jack/lift the wheels off the ground before greasing any of that. It helps get the grease back into the contact areas of the bushings.
