I am usually an advocate against using wheel spacers because of the extra load and wear they can put on wheel bearings but because actual users have reported minimal problems using 2" or less, and I liked the added stability of the extra 3"s total width on my 800 trail, I ...put 1.5" spacers on mine. Yes, it's well over the 50" mark but it already was and yes, the wheels now stick past my new fenders..but I can always take them off if needed and the mud around here is hard to find sometimes.

Here's some pics with the spacers. And yes, it's snowing here..some got caught in the shot:

And these are the spacers I bought.

Let me ask you a question @nmkawi.... I just checked out the spacers you posted now I have ordered some in the past for my 4Runner and they were the same as the ones you have which are (lug centric) now the ones I had on my 4x4 ran like crap shaky and just felt not safe. I reordered some (hub centric ) spacers and it was night and day difference for the better now do you or any one else know if on these buggys it will make a difference on which ones we slap on ?

Our Motos are all lug-centric so you have to use the ones like this that use the lugs to center (tapered nuts & holes). On these the lug nuts you see will be used to bolt them to the hubs and your OEM chrome lugs will be used to bolt the wheels to the spacers.

Got the one door on and the latch & bracket built...I'll post a pic or two in a bit. Thanks again for the doors. :)

Long as the lugs are tight everything is centered and no shake. Besides there no tabs on the hubs to the others to work anyway.

If the Z6 uses the same wheels as the Z8s...ie 4/110 then yes.

Here's an update to spacer usage now on for several years. Although they have not yet cost a set of wheel bearings, the additional strain on the suspension bushings..mostly the rear knuckles, had cause then to wear much faster. In fact I now am replaced the second set on the rear knuckles. One odd note is that it's not both this time, only the uppers that have the most wear. I got about 600 miles out of the first set, then 900 out of the second set only because they were delrin's from ASR. To get 100% of the play out I needed to go with the CFM bushing and sleeve...against my wishes only because of the cost and that CFM still does not use(at least doesn't look like) a delrin plastics which are self-lubricating. And because Garage Products won't make then for the CFM's anymore I had no choice but to buy CFM's. Can't believe the best price I could find for just the upper 4 bushings and two sleeves was $58.38 from CFMpartsusa.com. With Alpha-Sports it would have been 50% more. Unreal... I do still like the spacers and will continue using them..it's just I wanted everyone to know my experience with the long-term effects...and wanted to bitch a little...lol

Will it matter if I use the open ended lug nuts that came with the spacers as my wheel lugs? Dry fitting one spacer to a stock ZForce 800 Trail rim it looks like the closed ended OEM lugs will bottom out before tightening down due to the stud lengths of these 1 1/2 spacers. Any comments would be appreciated. Both set's of lugs (oem and spacer lugs) appear to have the same exact taper. Diff is oem lugs are closed ended.

That's one of the problems with most of the spacers you get these days. CFMoto makes their wheel centers thinner as well as well as their studs shorter to save materials. I got lucky with mine but those days are gone so..whatever lug you use to mount the spacer to the hub can not extend beyond the mounting surface..(obviously)...and the CFM studs should come all the way through the lug. If it is that it doesn't, and the studs that came with the spacer are too long, making the OE lugs bottom out first, you always have the option to swap studs...that is put the CFM studs in the spacer and the spacer's longer studs in the CFM hub. At least CFM did use standard stud sizing and splining when manufactured. It shorter length.

Nice NMK. Yep. Your answer is what I was looking for. I carefully looked at everything before I started slapping things together and immediately found that the oem lugs mated to the spacers was going to be the only way to do this and make it work safely with these 1 1/2 spacers. I have a set of CMT 2" spacers I could've gone with but a few folks that work on vehicles confirmed what you have stated that the wider the more stress you transfer to the other components. Thanks for the rapid response. Much appreciated. Enjoy.
