My local dealer her sucks at getting me parts even after they said he signed up with cf Moto Canada ...yeah right!! I just emailed cf Moto to see if I can order me some lets see what happens

Here is my dealer... the service manager is Rick. I would have a chat with him (good guy) and see if you can just order it from them and just pay for the product and shipping from there. I would most likely have it sent to you through Canada Post/USPS, it will probably be the most reasonable and best way to get it to you.
Also don't forget, your money is worth approximately 30% more than ours so that means $100. Canadian dollars will only cost you around $70 US Dollars! Lucky bugger! ;D

Holy-Sh...107 US each from my supplier. The fronts and 95 each...F..K:

I can do 99 for the rears... but the reason why is the international shipping plus import fees. It kills us getting parts from Canada.

Like I said in my thread...Canada Post/USPS will be your best bet for shipping. Also because the product is from Canada, it probably falls under NAFTA so there won't be any duty. The biggest thing is, you are still paying 30% less of the price quoted right off the bat! That should cover any inconveniences?

::sigh:: yes, there are taxes and duty fees to pay. I order parts and send parts into Canada daily. Feel free to call CMI (CFMoto Canada) and talk to them about shipping parts to the US. Again, as a CFMOTO DEALER i can assure you, there ARE DUTY FEES & TAXES.

What you also fail to realize is the part was imported into Canada. The part originated from China so it wouldnt fall under NAFTA anyway.

I think Emerson is correct I went to my local dealer this morning  and to order anything from cf Moto Canada would be a grip of cash on shipping and they also said it would not be 30% cheaper in (USD) So I went with nmkawi's design and got both side fenders and wings no shipping charge for 115 usd will take about a week to get here.

The only bummer is cutting up a 54-dollar fender...well..two of them...and that there still isn't something on the front side of the tire. I do have a plan for that though.

On a side note, my SuperATV harnesses came in today. I had the chance to check out Jodon30's the other day and the quality was just fine. And you get two for what you would pay for one with another brand. I think I am going to try and leave the OE belts in as well but we'll see if that's even practical.

Dang it (nmkawi) I'm hooked so please tell us what are your plans for your front fenders? Come on I'm thinking of buying the same ones you got for the front and chopping  them up as well there only about 30 bucks but I won't do it if you got a better idea.hahahah

Well...OK, I wasn't going to say anything until I either make it work or not, but after seeing some of what the guys in Russia are doing to extend theirs I thought of sheet ABS which has a slight texture on one side, very moldable and super tough. I just ordered  4 custom cut 8" wide x 48" long x 1/8" thick sections to build them out of. I'll do the fronts in one piece and can either replace the rears with a one piece or just add some front sections to what I have now.

I ordered them from these guys. They also have some interesting videos on forming this stuff. I have everything I need to do this. I can leave the outside edge straight or.. roll it slightly if I want. Leaning toward keeping it simple and stout though. 56 bucks shipped for enough to do all four. They will require some fabrication and that's OK. I have to consider I already spent a boat load on the EX fenders that didn't pass the test.

By the way, I can't find a way to cut the EX fronts down to make them fit and look worth a ...hoot.

I figure the 1/8" thick stuff is about the same as what the OEs are and at 11- bucks each beats  90+ each. Just some heat bending and some trimming. I also found and bought some better push-pins that have a larger head that support better. Bought 120 of them for 12 bucks. Here's a link:
