My 2016 zforce 800 is overheating. This seems to be a common problem. My dealer has had the machine for 28 days now, and still had no parts. Does anyone know the part or part # so that I can fix this problem myself ? So frustrating !

The common issue is the thermoswitch...and everyone knows that. You can have one at your door in 4 days from Alpha-Sports. Other then that there are no other common issues but there are some water pump seals that were bad but they just leak coolant. As for the part number, just look it up. I think I am going to adapt a Polaris switch in mine if it ever goes.

that switch went bad in my machine while out riding if u pull wires off the switch on radiator and run 2 wires out to it and put it on a toggle switch u will b able to ride thats what we did with mine if u just connect the 2 wires together the fan runs all the time and will heat up and blow the fuse.
