Hey there, I bought a 17 zfoce 500 trail in July a love it. Got it broke in with 300 miles on it now. Been looking for little mods and one I've been looking at is the conversion to the screw on oil filter...what are everybody's thoughts?

I know that MrRPM makes an adapter for the Rotax 800s which does fit the CFM 800s using the CFM rubber grommet. I know the 500s use the same oil filter as the OE 800s but am not sure about the cover being the same. If it is, then you can use it as well. I thought I would switch sometime but never got around to doing it...and now that my usage had gone down to less then 300 miles per year...I really don't see me doing it..or spending much more money on mine.
