if you wan't something different then original, you can go to a place where they make hydraulic hoses and they should be able to make a new one

I have done thet in sweden to my 520/500s and the one i got made from the "hose" shop feels better then original and was about 1/2 the price. only regret i didn't try it with the first brake line i broke.

For my ATV, i went to a local Custom Bike shop, they had DIY... Bulk fittings and Stainless braided
hoses... Some are not DOT approved. Which wasn't an issue for me.
I believe they were Goodrich Fittings. Other companies sell pre-made Hoses with a 'standard' end
and then you get the right ends you need for your application.

Word of caution, with the DIY braided hose/line where you install the fitting to the hose end.
The assembly does not twist, so you have to make sure you index the fittings.
