That shield is REALLY nice, that's what I'd want, too. Thanks for the info on 1/2 being way overkill, I just didn't want one that would be flopping all over, like the 3/16 does.

I'd also like to know if you can ride with that one either partway up or all the way up?

The arms/supports on the sides look like they might be strong enough to hold up, that's be the perfect gig to me. I looked at the Odes Dominator X & they have this windshield that folds into the underside of the roof, I thought that was pretty clever.

I think we're just going to buy a couple of the folding ones form the sponsor here....easier, I don't have to mess with it, and they do look awesome.

Mine is very similar to post #13 but my whole windshield tips out from the bottom. I do not have that little piece on the bottom which makes mine a one piece unit I guess!  :o Very sturdy and stays up or down very well. Has 3 different positions.

I have the tilt out windshield on my Z800. When tilted out it allows airflow at the top and bottom. I haven't used it in hot weather (only got it recently) yet, so can't say how well it will work. I will find out this summer  ;).

This windshield can be found on CFMOTO Canada's web-site under accessories. It is listed for $465.00 CDN.

Mayor Hal, you asking yourself questions?

Bish, that's also a nice looking shield, looks really stable with the arms on the outside like that.

Hey guys - I can provide some insight on this one.

I had the tilt-out factory CF Moto windshield and it was nice to use year-round and very well built, but had one thing I didn't like about it.  Once the windshield was covered with mud you had to either take it completely off, stop to clean it, or drive half-blind.  If you don't ride much mud you'll have no issues.  Here's a video from Wun feather on YouTube  where he shows off the windshield (he's one of the OG CF Moto YouTubers from back when I was researching them  :P).

I have the SuperATV flip-out on my RZR now and it's my favorite of the two.  All of the perks of a full shield plus you can regain visibility if you're windshield gets caked by just flipping it open.  And yes, you can ride with it fully open.  I wouldn't trailer it with it open, but riding is no problem.  I've made a video for that windshield install and overview here:

Kinda sounds like I am a blithering idiot, doesn't it!  :P  It was a response from a previous post though! I think, well maybe, I don't know!  ;D :o

Jason, that was just awesome, I'm buying (2) of the flip out & up ones, just seems like they're the most useable.

And Mayor...I can compete, and win, in a "dumb-off" any time, I just thought it was funny what you said, no offense intended Sir!

Let me know if you guys have any questions.  And be sure to get your forum discount with SuperATV when you order.  We don't have a discount code, but you can contact Tyler (he runs the @SuperATV account) or you can call and mention the forum discount.
