Wildcat X to Zforce 800EX
« on: May 04, 2017, 12:34:48 PM »
Hello everyone :)
I have 2013.5 Wildcat 1000 X who's getting a little bit older.. Starting to make some transmission problems and etc.. thinking about getting newer (2015 or 2016) CFMoto Zforce 800ex.
Maybe some one made that change as well?
Could you guys spread some light about those?  Reliability? Parts?  Issues?  Engine?  Transmission?
Thanks :)

Hey turbine, we have had our 2015 for almost two years and we really love it.
We have not had any problems with it, it rides as good or better than most.
Engine is stronger than any other 800, really like the way they sound. The fit and finish
iS better than a lot of makes.
I think as with any off-road vehicle maintenance is the key..

The only concern is the power..  Going down from 1000 to 800 sounds difficult. But I do like the price tag,  but afraid from the brand..  Heard alot of melted engines, chassis breaks, and alot more of weird things.. They have good dealers in Israel. Just wants a good sbs with hight reliability

Bunch of engines dies because of the junk stock filter. Change that with a good foam if you like. Never heard of a chassis breaking except the one troll who popped on here which everyone thinks was just a fake post. tighten up the bolts on wheels suspension, calipers when you get it. put some good rotella t6 oil after break in. don't be spinning the tires when you put in in 4x4. Clock the secondary to B2 should be good to go.

I'm a power junky.. Spinning the wheels while drifting or in 4x4 on sand is pure fun :)
Why is that harming?  And what do u mean by clock the secondary to B2?

Don't expect near or the same performance as your A/C-1000. On the B2- that's just a clocking position on the secondary clutch we switch to for added performance and when we add extra weight or larger tires. It's like putting a stiffer spring in others.

You can spin the wheels while in 4wd, I mean don't be spinning them when you engage into 4wd but that's really common sense. You aren't gonna get the same kinda power as the 1000. You might be able to beat a stock RZR900s if you do the race kit and that's probably about as fast as you can get
