500 utv stuck in 4wd diff locked

Hello, hopefully someone can help me. I recently brought a second hand cf Moto 500 utv and when I Brought it, it's been in 4wd and won't come out. I straight away thought it would be the servo motor on the front diff. I pulled it off and apart and got the little motor out and I hooked just the Motor up to the battery and it worked. So then I checked the switch and it looked all to be fine. and Thats as far as I got. I'm wondering if there is any relays anywhere for it? Also when I turn the key on it says on the dash its in 2wd then click into 4 and nothing changes then click diff locks on and it comes up that it's in diff lock, then when I try ton ale it out the dash wdoesnt change until I turn the key off and on then says its in 2 again

So you pulled the servo out, plugged it back in than tried the 4wd button and nothing happened? If this is the case, take a VOM to the servo side of the harness. Check that it is getting the voltage that is required. If it is than something is wrong with the servo and should be replaced. If no voltage, you will be on the hunt for where it went. Just hooking power to just the little motor, might not tell you all is fine. It might have a contact problem inside the servo or not getting correct power to start with. I don't know for sure but there also may be contacts that show when the actuator has reach position.

Thank you, I just checked every wire on the servo is getting nothing or absolutely bugger all.

That might be a good thing. The servo can be expensive. Next step. Check incoming power to the switch. I don't think we have a service manual for yours yet but take a look at another one. The wiring should be close. No power to the switch, than we go farther back until the source of the problem is found. Be patient, you'll find it.

I took a look and it looks like there are two relays. The only thing I can think is that using two relays to make the motor run forward and reverse by switching the polarity.
