I write this in this group because I consider that it is relevant for all those who want to buy a product for our machines and hopefully have known this before buying. Now I am processing the claim by PayPal for the return of money for not sending the product to me.

I feel your pain.
I bought a bike wheel from a company I have bought from before in Germany and the restrictions around the virus outbreak has basicaly stopped anything being sent out of the country. The seller kept me informed but after 3 1/2 months I asked for a refund. I also had to go through Paypal but got my money in the end.
Keep at them and get your refund.
