Has anyone tried the tire changer from Harbor Freight?  I have to change my tires and looking for a manual changer.

I have the larger one from Harbor Freight. It works fine. A little hard to use un-mounted to the floor though. And to keep from scratching the centers you have to put something between it and the holder like some leather but its OK for the money. Remember, on the CFM wheel, the tire actually comes off and goes on from the back side, not the front so it goes face down on the machine.

I've actually used one to change 16" car tires; used an piece of a old rug so not to mark up the wheels work fine but yes you need to mount it to the floor or old pallet to simplify things.

removing the tire on the shorter offset side makes life easier. Check Youtube, There are some vids of guys using that changer. Some bolted it to a pallet. Let us know how you like it. I was thinking of getting one too.
