My wife and I were out for a ride, got on the throttle and it stuck wide open....twice.
After inspection in the morning, the tab on the throttle pedal that hits the green "governor" screw bent and got stuck on the screw threads.  Have it "fixed" for not but going to take some extra precautions so it doesn't happen again.
Just a heads up guys, check this on your ride!

Called CFMoto and told them the problem. A gentleman named Buck said he is going to cover it under warranty. Just had the dealer prefer a new assembly.  2015 and they still agreed to cover it.  Really like this company. 
He also said he will forward it to the tech's so they can ungrade the assembly.
Until then here is my fix.
10 mm flange nut installed backward.  And vibra-tight on the nut, limit screw and nut of the limit screw.
