I got my sway bar bushings and wasen't sent what i orderd.I was sent
Part#95159 which came without the grease zerk. But they sent me like 5 small plastic vials of special grease.I orderd it from energy suspension.
I'm just going to keep them and use them.
When i talked to the lady at on line metals and told her i needed a piece of pipe 5/8s od with a 10mm id it threw her off mixing the mm and standard measurements.
They had the 5/8s od but no 10mm.Then she said something about .39 which i dont understand .39.I can buy the sleeve material in 6ft lengths.
She had no idea what a side x side was.So ,what is .39. The pipes wall is 1/8 thick.
NMK...I take it that you replaced all of your sleevs

Well .39=39/100 which is a bit larger then .375 which is what 3/8" is..and what it takes for a 3/8" bolt to fit through. Your 10mm bolt is .3937 so the hole had to be a little larger for that bolt to fit through...obviously. At least 1-2mm larger...somewhere in the range of 11-12mm or .4331-.4724. While you are at it, that 5/8" OD DOM is actually about 2mm too small so look for something with an OD of 16 to 17mm or .6299 to .6693...although I thing the 17mm may be a bit tight and will require some bushing adjustment.

Yes, I replaced all the sleeves mine except one set on the front.

This searching for some thing close to what the sleevs should be is getting kinda tire some. But i'm determind to find it.
What iv'e found this time and i'm pretty sure it will work is this.
5/8s OD x 6ft long alloy steel.The ID is 0.435 which calculates to 11.049 mm with a 0.095 wall.
Please tell me that this will work???? You have said that CF moto took a few idea's from artic cat or ? I still haven't looked thier. .

The ID should be fine but the 5/8"OD will still be a little loose. And you won't need 6-feet of it. Still..I have a few that are without beveling and that looseness isn't really a problem...it's not that loose. I once tossed-around an idea where instead of knurling the bushing to make them fit tight enough not to rotate and give enough squeeze to make them fit the sheave better, how about getting some 1-2mm sheet shim material and just cut-to-fit shims to wrap around the bushing and press them in. Never did it but toss a little glue on it for lube-n-seal before installing and it just might work.

You say the 5/8s will be a little loose. It wont be loose enough to cause me problems will it?Will it rattle, make weird noises ,cause me steering problems or what?
I may not need 6 feet but that's what they come in unless i want to go longer.Even if i use cf moto bushings which im going to will they help the looseness.
I like the idea of the thin stuff your talking about. It wasen't artic cat it was can am.I looked on thier web side and nothing.

No issues with the 5/8" OD's fitment. Just keep it greased.

NMK.
I can not thank you enough for all of your help with this bushing thing.
You would think that someone would come up with a good after market sleeve and bushing kit that won't rob your wallet.
It's people like you who make this site a great place.
If your interested this is where i found the material.
MSC metal supply. thier # is 1-800-645-7270. Maybe this might help others.
Thank you so much again..

Thanks I'll check them out. There was one small company called Garage Products that did make a great set for the Zs but quit making them for some reason. If we can talk EPI or ASR into making a set..we'd have it made.

Last night while looking for for bushings for my 2018 cf moto z force trail i ran on to a sight that sells a complete kit with the metal sleevs and the price is under $100.00.Plus it has all kinds of
cf moto stuff at a great price. It's a site that the stuff comes from China as far as i know. The bushings are the black ones so i figure that thier ok.
www.Alie exspress.com is the sight.
I have bought stuff from wish and temu without any problems.
Just to make sure this sight is legit i orderd a $10.00 item to see if i get it.I did notice that they had all kind's of parts for the cf moto brand.
It might we worth taking a look at the site.

Aliexpress is a lid-git Chinese site. The bushings may not be Delron but there is a chance they will be polyurethane at least and not cheap low-grade plastic. The cost at least is reasonable. Good find.
