So I suspect i (hope) I lost the nylon oil pump drive gear on my 2023.
(getting close to having the 22 squared back away).
My own dumb fault.
I hope it was just the nylon gear that went, but Ive got that covered anyway.
So, in order to get to the pump I have to pull the rotor and stator.
I followed up on the links here and tracked down the after market rotor puller tool, and its on its way.
Question is - has anyone found it necessary to HAVE the rotor holding tool for torquing it down, etc?
Its another one of those tools that seems to have dried up, gone out of production or went into hiding.
Is it a must have or would a two pin clutch tool accomplish the same purpose?
