I have a CF Moto C500 and it is not starting in the cold weather (-10 / 2 degrees).  I have the tinder on the battery and we do have lights but does not seem to want to turn over.  Any suggestions?

battery may not be able to hold enough amperage. Mine lasted 2 years. If it will jump with jumpers it probably a weak battery. Make sure the run switch is on... I've panicked a couple times when someone else shuts off that switch (i only use the key)

It almost sounds like it not getting enough gas.  This is a brand new unit (2 months old).  Is it possible that the gas line is frozen?

Might be frozen. If you have filled it recently you may have water in there. Some stations are bad about removing water out of there fuel. I always add seafoam or the like to my tank in the winter. Does it crank over good? If not, batteries on there last leg love to die in this cold. Your oil might be too heavy of a weight for this time of year also. Makes it hard to start when it is like honey. You might just need to warm it up, get it started, to get the seafoam through it and change the oil to a winter weight.

Not turning over to me is when the engine will not spin over. crank no start is when the engine spins but will not fire (start) battery in a new unit to you can go bad, remember how long it could have been sitting in the machine started and ran for 1 minute to move it around the dealer lot. The stock oil is 15w-40 which is way too thick IMO in any climate I would change that out asap with a 5w or at least a 10w but it should start with a good battery. Never heard of a fuel line freezing on a gas engine personally.  Your description to me sounded like it wasn't cranking which to me starts at the battery.
