starter noise

Have a noise when starting have been told its the sprag clutch (one way bearing )its on a 500cc model any tips on how to go about replacing it please.

If it sounds like this then it's probably the sprag. Just grab the manual and start pulling the covers. I also believe you will need a flywheel puller.
