Help please. I have a 2017 uforce 800. When I put it in 4wheel low in locked differential , it hesitates immediately.  All other gears do fine. The seat belt is locked. Any ideas ?

Have you tried holding the override lever on the left hand side? Sounds like it's limiting power as designed to do. If that doesn't change anything than you might need to take it back to the dealer to be checked out.
