The hub comes off by removing the axle retention nut. Once its off the hub just slides off. I suggest removing the wheel's center cap, installing the wheel back on the Z with two lug nuts to hold it, then with the proper breaker and socket, remove the nut. No need to remove the a-arms to remove the hub. If it's the knuckle you are talking about, you still have to remove the axle nut but you can split the ball joints or release then with a few taps with a BFH around the tapered area while maintaining the correct pressure direction. I you don't need to separate the a-arms from the knuckle, you can unbolt the a-arms on the frame side. Still have to do that axle bolt though so you can slide it all off. I suppose you could pop the axle out with it but what a PITA that would be.

May have called it the incorrect name.trying to replace the bearings in the front of cf moto z force. I have wheel of and part that holds wheel on off along with large 36mm nut. Tying to get part the bearing rides in off, smearing link and A arm is bolted to this part. I have cotter pins out and nuts off, bolts don't want to come out. Do I need to use a punch to get these out. Thanks

Those are ball joints and you will either use a ball joint tool or rap the sides of the a-arm and knuckle where it goes through to release the shaft. These vids explain.
