Heading to OBX in June for a week in Hattarras.  Coming down with 2 other couples who do not ride.  Wondering if it would be worth bringing my 950z.  Thoughts?  TIA

The only place that allows riding down there is Portsmouth Island. It%u2019s a remote wildlife area accessible only by ferry. Nothing on the island but a ranger station. It%u2019s probably a good hour south of Hatteras too. I debated doing the same thing but to answer your question, no it%u2019s not worth it. If your machine is road legal and tagged and safety inspected with proof of insurance, you can operate on the sand roads in Corolla but that%u2019s 2 hours north of Hatteras. Sorry
