So here lately I have been having a few issues I'm on my 4th coolant temp sensor and and had a throttle linkage issue just wondering is there a better replacement thermal switch for these bikes

have them give you a new sensor and put it in yourself then you will know you are getting a new one i put mine in myself and have not had anymore trouble.

Based on the other posts you have made, it seems like you are confused about the Coolant temp sensor and thermo-switch as you are using the terms as if they were the same.

Coolant temp sensor - located on head. Supplies information to the ECU for fuel mapping purposes and also supplies a reading to the dashboard for the coolant temp gauge (one sensor, two separate functions/circuits)

Thermo-switch - Located on the radiator. Supplies a signal to the fan relay (thats all, nothing to do with the temp gauge on the dash)
