I started on the driver's side first on this project. I noticed right off the bat some very light fab work was needed. The latch mounts at the base of the fwd roll bar were too small for my bolts to go through. I had to open up the grooves so it could be adjusted and mounted. The mount point on the side support next to your hips is too small for the factor bolt flange to go through much less the socket to tighten. It uses the lower mount from the shoulder bar you have to remove. Overall fit and finish is good. The red color doesn't match but these doors were only ones I found that didn't require removing both hip and bar supports to install. The larger side bar I think is integral to chassis stiffness. Would allow too much flex.
I haven't finished the drivers side yet. need to dremel out the channel so I can bolt the door to the hip bar.

*****Update*****

I'm still having fitment issues with holes not lining up where the mirror bracket "was" at the base of the roll bar. The mid-mount hole is barely large enough for the factory bolt to go in...but I don't own a socket with thin enough walls to tighten it. Lastly on this rant I have made three attempts to reach Stephan at Scap Doors with no success or return calls/emails. One email I used returned right away. The site is still up so I tried a different address so I'm hoping that found a concern person. Hopefully my next post will a positive and happy one.

Sorry you are having such issues. Scrap Doors have been a round for a while and you would think after making as many as they have, there would be no fitment issues. Thanks for keeping us posted.

Me too! Bought them because the install video looked so darn simple.....and they don't require removing that larger hip bar. I had some flex issues on my Rzr when I removed that priviously. Wanted to avoid.

As for the socket. Now would be the time you grab one of the cheap ones you have sitting around. If you have a socket driver for your drill, put that socket on it and go to your bench grinder or belt sander and spin the OD down until it can slip in the hole you need it to.

Since Scap didnt want to reply to my emails and voice messages, I disputed the transaction. The deadline for him to respond was Monday(12/12/16). He did not respond so I have a set of poorly made doors for free. They are holding up although the craftsmanship is terrible(welds, fitment, light fabbing on my part). Decals are peeling off around the edges. I will say for "free" they are a good buy and bang for the buck. Just be aware that once you buy them, your are on your own.

Still so surprised at Scrap Doors for not clearing this up. At least you got your money back. On a side note, my second-hand Russian doors are still fantastic.

Hi folks i pm willpower regarding scrap doors i ordered back in sept looking for info on scrap doors .i ordered boot cover & doors .paid $1200 by paypal .he stopped communicating with me 4 weeeks ago even after saying doors made & boxed ready to ship to ireland ,with tracking number but turned to be wrong .i got my bank to cancel card & cancelled order with paypal .short story got full refund today to my account but no doors .wasted a lot off time with this a hole aptly named scrapdoors

I also have the Russian doors and I can confirm they are tough as nails.  Mine have now been through a wreck and are straight and good to go still.

I agree with chuddly, they are great doors, for the price I can't see why anyone would buy other's.

A friend of mine rolled mine.  It messed up the skin a bit but the frame is straight and good.  I emailed Rodin and got a new skin and its all good now
