Alright guys.  Picking up the Z800 EX this week.  Want to add a LED light bar pretty quick.  What seems to be the best size to use?   Any links on ones you have used would be great too.   Thanks for the input.

28 inch fits perfectly on top and you can use the same bolts you have so you don't have to drill .

Seems there is a wide verity of what is and can be used and with LEDs the output watts can't be used to calculate amp load directly. I used a 24" but many are using 30" +. I went with a 120watt 24" because you need to keep the amp draw in the accessory range of 10amps and per this converter: http://www.rapidtables.com/calc/electric/Watt_to_Amp_Calculator.htm , it should have pulled 9.6 amps...but it actually only pulls 4.6 amps so I could have gone bigger. Oh well, I have room for other electronic items. So use the converter and cut the result in half and that's pretty close.

And just a heads up on what nmkawi what saying! I had a conversation with Dustin over a dobeck! And he said "they have been seeing a lot of issues with sxs electronics when adding light bars and radios and so on" he said it would be best to add a second battery if you were going to add multiple items . I'm a order chads battery isolator and run a extra battery under driver seat.

I agree that a second battery is the way to go along with a battery isolator.  I am running a 32" light bar ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DNYCJQW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) and it does very well.  No complaints with it at all.  I build my SxS's and really anything that will take me away from civilization to ALWAYS get me back.  That is the reason I do 2 batteries and an isolator so no matter what I have a good battery to get me home.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

I went with a 32" curved. I had to drill new holes, but I used large washers on the bottom side of the roof to keep it intact. My Z8 and been on a trailer going down the highway 80+ mph and no movement or stress marks.

I agree with everyone else. It's going depend on your preference, and where you want to mount. Here's a pic of mine. Not the best shot but it's all I have on my phone at the moment

I bought this off of Amazon

Remove one of the 3 mounting tabs and it directly attaches to the existing roof mounts. Super bright.
