My Z800 is about 3 years old now.  This is how I spent my winter before buying my CFMoto.  At the beginning the 2015 ski season I knew I was going to buy a SXS.  As soon as the season ended I went and purchased the Z800.  I believe another member on this forum, Flipper, purchased his at the same time.  I think we drove to the dealer together.  His came in first, I had to wait almost a month for mine to be delivered from Minnesota.  I've been running snow cats for almost 15 years.  I took the last 2 years off.  This year I've been helping out a little in my spare time.  Working in the ski industry paid for all my toys in the last 20 years.  I probably logged over 10000 hours in various snow cats.  I filmed this on February 2nd 2018.  Enjoy.  If you like it, I'll make another this Friday.

I'm an avid mountain sledder, in the spring some of the cat ski area's open their terrain up to us. It's unbelievable & frightening where some of these cats & the operators go

The camera doesn't do justice to how steep theses slopes really are.  Sometimes I feel like I could fall through the windshield.  Good times.

Fun fact.....a snow cat can climb a steeper grade on ice than it can on snow.  Each of those tracks probably has about 200 inch long carbide ice spikes in them.  Snow is unpredictable.  That machine will stick to ice better than a race car tire on a race track.
