NM to ft/lbs

Is the drive pulley nut really 132.7 ft/lbs? My torque rench only goes to 75ft/lbs....

That would be Newton Meters. Use this conversion table to get ftlbs of torque. 97...still a lot higher then mine at 82.

The shop manual says 150nm... unless I am reading it incorrectly....

Seems terribly high..check the table up front and in the section regarding R&R of the clutches. I found sometimes the two are different.

Just looked it up in both places on the 950s and it said the same thing, 180Nm on drive pulley nut, 60Nm on the drive pulley bolt and 150Nm on the driven pulley nut. Wow...Guess you will be getting a bigger torque wrench.:)

132 ft# is no joke... I couldn't get the wrench to break so I tried it at 120# and no luck so wherever it is at is where it's gonna stay. Black marks are mine the white one was lined up with the black one before it came apart... so now the nut is past the white. I'm guessing  it's closer than it was at the mfg. According to shop manual.
The " Chinese metal  " comment was screaming in my ear.
God hates coward. Will see how she rips.
