New CF Moto Zforce 2 inch seat risers
« on: February 15, 2020, 11:18:38 PM »
I had problems with the seat position in my Zforce from the day I picked it up. Long rides created leg cramps so, I built a seat riser and now market them.

Very nice work! I personally or my wife haven't experienced any issues with our seats, but I'm sure some have.

Nice. A while back I tried some 1" tubing on mine but found a way to tip the seat back forward a little so I could enlongate the adjust slots to make it right for me without the tubing.

I'm 6'4".  Will this help out my "knees rubbing on dash" problem?

If lifting your seat up 2 inches helps, then yes. Try setting your seat on top of 2 inches of books or something to see.

It will make a huge difference. I was getting leg cramps and it took care of that. The seat will fit you better and you would notice a more comfortable sitting position.

Try putting the books on your seat and see if that helps. If you need more lift, I can make you a taller riser for the same price.

I like the idea of the lift and will try the book idea.  I also have noticed that the back of the seats do have to much incline on them and like NMK's idea of adjusting the seatback to a more upright position.  As the seats are now they put undue pressure onto the lower back.
