Put new belt on and did a reclock to b2 couple weeks ago.  Went out a couple times have like 100+ miles on it since the service and worked great.  Now when I pull buggy out of garage reverse works fine but when I go to move forward it will barely move forward.  Did all the rear fluids and oil change also.  It’s a 2014 zforce 800 ex.  Just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar problem.  Going to check belt and clutches tmr.

Does the engine rev-up? And does it do this in both H and L? It's just a wet clutch driving a shaft that drives the primary clutch with a belt with full-time tension between it and the secondary connected to the transmission. It's function or operation is unchanged between reverse and any other transmission selection. For t to work normally in reverse but not in either forward position is...really strange. If you said it works fine in low and reverse but acts like its slipping badly in High range...that would point to a belt or wet clutch issue as low and reverse have the same gear ratios. One other thing you might check is the hand brake. On more then one occasion I have taken-off with it on...but I noticed it reverses easier then forward...and although my pads are now toast because of it, its something that can be overlooked. They really should make then so when on it just can not move in either direction...and maybe a beeper for us old f'kers.

Does it in both high and low and yes the motor revs up but it barely moves.   My ebrake  hasent worked since I bought it used 3,4 yrs ago. I have new pads for it but don’t want to rip the ass end apart to put them on.

Check the belt and the clutch retainer nuts...and the spline on the primary's cam plate but..its starting to sound internal. Hope not.

Yep going to rip apart tmr and check it. It does have about 2200 miles on it.   Sure hope it’s not internal. Wouldn’t surprise me if it is thou, with the luck I have had with the buggy.

If it works in reverse, the CVT is fine.

Does it move better in 4WD?

Pulled it out this morning and it wouldn’t go in reverse either.  Just pulled belt cover off and some how it had water in it.  I’d say about 1/2inch of water. I don’t know how it got in there, unless there is a leak in the snorkel tube somewhere. Will have to dig into that next.
