Looking for replacement CFmoto 600 engine
« on: February 13, 2020, 11:30:22 AM »
Hello All, new to the forum am in need of help. I am looking for info to find the correct replacement engine for a customers XYPower (ZHEJIANG XINYANG Ind.) UTV. It came with a CFmoto 600 and was built in 2015. It has a stamped engine Model - S/N  number of 196S-B 4G242005 and is 1900cc. I have been to the local CFmoto dealer and while willing to help they are unable to track down the correct engine to match this engine model number. CFmoto ATV/UTV's are pretty rare around here (and new to me) so I cannot just go and find a chassis to look at to see if it will match. I'm hoping that there is someone on this forum that could lead me in the correct direction. Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks NMK. I'm hoping so. My main concern is dimensional, i.e. mounting bolt pattern and other items I'm not aware to look out for.

After a lot of digging I found a replacement engine for my customers XY Power UTV, I found matching engine series numbers from a 2014 Z Force 600 ATV in the parts look-up and an actual part number for the engine complete as there were no part numbers for such for the U Force 600 engine. The dealership contacted the CFmoto rep and confirmed that the engine was a match to what was originally in the chassis. I installed it yesterday and by the end of the day was up and riding.  And a good time was had by all.
