I'm looking to replace my standard battery with a lithium ion battery.  I have a 2018 zforce 800 ex with pod lights, dual speakers, and a front/rear camera system.  Any recommendations on what size cca and Ah I would need to make the switch to Li-Ion battery?  Any battery recommendations?  Thanks!

An LI battery makes sense in many applications where the storage and release of energy..and weight is a factor. It won't however increase stator output if the extras one has exceeds it's maximum output. I loved the Shorai I had on my Brute. In any case you always want the minimum aH and CCAs required by design which for the Z is 30aH and 385ccas. Yes, more is always better but although finding one with a higher aH rating may be tougher then finding one with a higher cca rating...try for at least a 400+cca.
 Be aware that high-quality LI batteries are not cheap and that you must consider their charging/tendering requirements such as never charge with a standard lead-acid charger that exceeds 2 amps and only use smart chargers that deplete as they charge and do 100% turn off when charged. Also in very cold weather they can be slow to release those CCAs although I never experiences that.

For Shorai, this is as close as you will get without going under the required specs. It has 36aH and a 540CCA rating. They also have their own maintainers which I highly recommend. It will be smaller then the OE battery so some packing may be necessary which they usually supply.

Just a heads up, be careful with Lithium batteries. They don't perform well at all when they are cold. Had 2 in a quad I had, 15 degree morning and it wouldn't start. After researching, Tesla's and such have battery heaters to make them put out. So if you ride in cold weather, stick to lead acid or AGM's

Good Point on the LI's!! As good as they are, they don't like cold weather at all.

That's why most people who do cold weather activities, like skiing/riding, skating, ice fishing and use their phones/ I-pods, etc. always keep them close to their bodies or use a self heating toe warmer thingie (A technical term!) if they need to keep it in an outside pocket of their jacket. The reason you use a toe warmer thingie is due to it having a sticky pad on it so that it stays in place.

It keeps the battery warmer so it lasts longer and works better.

Not worth the money, and no substantial advantage of using them in an ATV/UTV!
Stick with a quality AGM battery ("AGM" stands for Absorbent (or Absorbed) Glass Mat (or Material).
I had a pair of Interstate AGM's in my Dodge diesel for ver 10 years before they gave out.
The one in my BMW R1150GS motorcycle is at least 8 years old and still excellent
