Can confirm my 2020 Cforce 450L does have a one way that was expensive to replace once I lost engine brake.  A new one way bearing fixed the problem and now I can slow the machine down to almos a complete stop by just idling it. 

I changed my weights and primary spring and I can keep my engine breaking down to 3 mph now . . . I did not use an MSC kit, however.
