Looking at purchasing this for the Z500 and was just curious what you guys are using on the trails.

I've never needed a jump...and as long as everything is working right..shouldn't ever need one. But I suppose if I was alone on the trail and something went bad something like that would be nice to have along. It would also be nice if it was big enough for a car for trips. I see they make bigger ones.

Another thought would on EFI systems, if the line voltage gets too low, it won't run anyway.. so jumping it would only get you a short distance. I do always take a tow strap...and a buddy on another vehicle if going very far. I trust the Moto...but only so far...lol

The small lithium pack starters work very well too, and very compact.

This model GB70 boasts up to 40 jump starts per charge on up to 8.1 L engines. I personally have used them for several jump starts per charge, they work well.

Thanks for the feedback.    I also carry jumper cables, air compressor, tire plugs etc in my cart while trying to prep for any issues on the trail.   Needed my jump box for another rider recently and all though it was charged and the 12 volt outlet worked the jump start no longer did.  So its time to replace.
