Avgas is 100 octane low lead. There are unleaded options for avgas but either way the average price is over $5.00 a gallon here in NY. No need for anything more than 87 octane but I do run 89 most of the time in my quads.

D'OH!

Yes. Avgas. Can't conceive of a reason to use that in an ATV though.
