I'm getting quotes for insurance from $300 to $500 for basic liability and $500 deductible comprehesive on  my 2019 $10,000 Uforce 500. Wondering if these are in line with prices you guys with similar machines are paying. ? Thanks

Just received a quote from Progressive for $180. Seems to be the best so far

My 2017 Zforce is $205 through Progressive.  $500 deductibles.  Disappearing deductible is included, so for every year without a claim, it goes down by 25%.  I get multi-policy discounts.

I know this thread is old but you guys got me motivated to get insurance on my 2017 UForce 500. My company sold me Progressive (they said they were the best for this) $500 deduct for $143 and all the upgrades (windshields, roof etc.) are included. Smoothest purchase a guy could ask for!

Yeah.... This is an interesting subject.  Rule of thumb is that anything that is registerable requires its own insurance (not covered by homeowners) Since side by sides are not registerable in NY. You would think they would be covered for theft etc. under your homeowners My insurance carrier says no! Any attorneys out there that can answer this one ?

Not all insurance policies are the same, they vary from company to company.  There are some state requirements, but as a general rule, most homeowner's policies do not cover 4 wheeled items, or watercraft, etc.  You don't need a lawyer, just read your policy.  Look for exclusions.
