I Went and Did it Again....
« on: December 27, 2016, 06:12:34 PM »
So the rebates, recall vouchers, and the right deal presented itself to me again.  I sold my 900S and got an XP1K.  I'm able to keep several accessories and have put those on the new machine and sold the non-compatible ones to cover a large portion of the upgrade cost.  So here's the new machine:

Big boys, big toys !! It gets scary when you sit and list the dollar amounts you invest into this hobby. I thought my gaming computer upgrades through the years were costly at around 2k a year, but that's a drop in the bucket compared to my SxS.

To top it off, none of the items on my Xmas list showed up under the tree this year, so I purchased upgraded springs yesterday and next week will be bringing an upgraded exhaust and a parking brake to add to my ride. Nice ride, Jason !! Good to see you are still active and putting miles on whatever occupies your garage.

Thank you.  Yeah, these things are money pits no doubt about it.

I just plan to enjoy it while I'm still young, not married, and don't have a family of my own before other priorities take precedent.

Good looking machine!
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

I plan on stepping up to a 1k machine in a year or so.  I am going to race my Z Force this yeah in a series or 2 and if I go any bigger than 800cc then i have to step up to the "open class" which is 1k's (turbos or not).  That will be my next step though.

I'd love to start racing these things, but I know as soon as I get a taste of that it'll be game over.  I'll be broke as a joke lol, but I'd have a sweet racer!

We took out the Rzr XP 1k today for a bit. Did that one not come with the Walker Evans shocks? The ride on these buggies are amazing, and very roomy for full size people. ;D

Yea mine came with the Walker Evans shocks.  The rear reservoirs are relocated to be positioned on the shock body as opposed to remote reservoirs on the roll cage bars.
