I'm tired of squeaking suspension after every ride.

Most of you know by my How Tos I have done quite a bit to my suspension to stop the problems but even after all that, in a few miles of every ride I start getting some squeaky suspension.. mostly rear. I have greased it with several different greases but nothing stops it for long...and when it does start, it's seizing...meaning it becomes hard to move by jumping on the hitch where after a greasing its like butter-smooth.

Been a lot of talk and suggestions on different bushings and even the new black CFMs may be a good option...but what a price!..and I don't think they are Delron. So, because I have had good luck with the ASR Delron bushings I put in the lower rear knuckles, I have decided to do them all the way around..but I also know the sleeves are a problem too so..they are also getting replaced with ones that actually fit the ASR bushings- these for the short ones.

which are about 1/4" too long so I'll have to...adjust that...and the 3/8" ID will be slightly small for the 10mm bolt but a good titanium 25/64" bit will take care of that. I will also buy this ASR RzR rear bushing kit because it will save me some time.

Still probably have to glue them but at least I know that pesky squeaking and binding should finally be a thing of the past.

Since I replaced all mine about 100 miles ago I don't have any issues I grease every other ride but that's it. I have never experienced the locking up of the travel that you describe? Strange. I ordered mine off Amazon they where for the RZR I bought all of the long ones and cut them down with a pipe cutter and put brass washers on the sides that I picked up from rule king a local farm supply store. Cause the RZR ones have a narrow outer lip then the cfm ones. Have had good luck with them so far. I ride in alot of clay mud, creek bottoms, and hard packed trails. I know the creek and clay can't be good on them but there holding up just fine.

Good to know. And I currently have steel washers but want to back in with brass. We have a tractor supply store here too... guess I'll pay them a visit.

My suspension noise historically has come from the rear sway bar. If I grease it before a ride its quiet.....doesn't last long though. Oddly enough I had the same problem on my Rzr. I think all Rzrs suffer from it.

The squeaking on mine goes away if I grease everything.  But like all of you it only lasts for a ride or 2.  Also I have replaced all of my bushing (in the WHOLE BIKE) with Delron bushings.  That did help a WHOLE bunch.  I have made it part of my "race prep" to grease all the suspension before every race.  It does make it much smoother.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

The only squeaking issue I had in my suspension (some time ago now) was the top ends of the shocks. I followed NMK "How To" on greasing them and have had no more squeaking.

I recently replaced all the bushing in the back end of my Zforce with the CFMOTO's black bushing, thanks to CFMOTO Canada supplying them as a good will gesture (long story on that one). I just give the machine a regular greasing and have had no squeaking issues.

Yeah I think my problem is with the old soft yellow bushings and soft-steel sleeves that are now starting to wear.
