just rebuilt my 2015 ZForce 800 engine. The engine threw a rod through the engine block. Bought a rebuild kit from AliExpress. After The rebuild and start up for a few seconds, i found coolant in my oil... lots of it. However, I'm not sure where the leak is from. I did notice some small leakage from the seep hole. the only one part I left out was the one way clutch bearing. so, has anyone experienced this before, and what were your findings and repair.

The manual shows the coolant path and jacket areas so look there. Have to ask, sense the rod went through the case you needed a complete new case as there would be no fixing it. But, did you have the cylinders and heads magna-fluxed for cracks? 90% of coolant leaks after rebuilds are head or cylinder to block gaskets but that leaves the rest to cracks (including valve seat cracks), line o-rings and/or missing parts. Slight leakage from the weep chamber is normal for a new CFM mechanical seal. As long as it can leak out the tube it can't get to the oil seal on the other side.
