Hello, I have bought the rear and front bumper at the German company Grosshandel-Jung from Germany on the recommendation of Storm Protect since they do not sell directly to the public, this was done on May 8 and so far they have not sent the purchase, they I have sent email and tried to contact by all possible means but they do not respond and they do not send me the purchased product, will someone from here have any contact from the GrossHandel-Jung or Storm Protect company to claim and send me the bumper?

Nothing being sent from Germany at the moment due to the flu. I have been waiting for a wheel for six weeks and so far has not left the country. Good luck with it.

Give them some time. If I remeber correctly germany is in a strict lockdown and only people with nececary jobs are allowed to work (doctors, police, food stores). So may be so that they can't respond to you because they are not allowed to go to work.
