« on: March 31, 2023, 09:35:58 PM »
Hello im new here , i have an atv goes 520 its almost like cfmoto and i have a problem that i cant solve.
when i bought (used) belt was whining a little but worked fine  and after some time ( 1 month ) the belt broke and when i changed the new belt it did the same thing a lot of whining.
When i opened the cover of clutches and belt i thought my belt is touching somewhere but its not about belt i tried 2 or 3 and all broke after some time . I tried to inspect but my skills on theese jobs is too low and if someone can help me i would be honored.
Here i have a video and a photo of secondary clutch which i think might be somethin bad with it.

Thanks for your time , and for your help.

According to your photos the secondary was not clocked properly. The helix was not pereloaded and set on the ramps before installing the circlip. We have several videos in our how-to section on doing this. Also, the ramps are very damaged and need replaced. Pretty easy and cheap to do once apart. You will need to either make or buy a compressor like you see in the videos.

Here is a link. Good luck:

I'm no great mechanic but what I have found is that having the correct tool for the job is key as well as understanding how something works. That being said the advice above is great. Lastly just think of it this way... man designed and built it so it should be doable so long as you follow the instructions. Good luck keep us posted.

They called me yoday and said they fixed that and it was just a sec clutch slipping and wasnt on the line with variator , so they lined up those and polished the sec clutch surface and its ready to go.
Atm i use an aliexpress belt so thry recomended me to change the belt too.
The fact that surprised me is that the service guy is young around 24 years old and he charged me just 50€.
I wil keep informeed on sunday wjen i pick up and get a try on the wood.
