Sorry if I'm being really stupid but how do you get to the coolant filler?

I managed to snap two lugs trying to lift it. Any help much appreciated.

You lift the front section as you have in the photo, then slide the whole thing backwards about an inch.
And yes it's a crap design, I've managed to break a couple of lugs on mine also before I realised how it's actually removed.
