front differential

hello all
i have a problem, when i am disengaging the 4X4 the right front wheel is not diss-engaged and making noise... what could be the problem?
are this units can be rebuild ?
is someone had this issue in the past?

The actuator couples or uncouples the pinion from the driveline..basically. There is a small part that tends to break if this is done while under load. Its easy to fix and cheap but you will have to remove the actuator. Maybe others that have had this happen will chime-in.

There is a plastic box on the front diff. Take that off and you will see a gear on it. that gear moves a plastic lever that moves the in and out. You will see it right away once you have it apart.
