Front Diff Lock
« on: March 28, 2021, 06:03:09 PM »
Hey!  Recently Bought a 2021 Uforce 1000.  I am having trouble getting the front diff to lock.  Flashes and only occasionally shows as locked.  Removed the actuator and all appears free and clear.  The actuator motor works and the fork inside the diff feels free.  Any thoughts?

May need to go in. If the slide and fork work and not bent or any stripped teeth, and the motor works and is strong, there has to be something internal.

I saw a photo of other CF Moto Diff lock mechanisms and I see a plastic "gear" that is utilized to engage the lock.  Mine appears different.  There is no gear and the motor directly and mechanically slides the fork from left to right.  I see nothing to strip or break.  Wondering if it is locked and the pins for the switch/light just aren't lining up?
