Your installing these American Star bushings discussed above?
Yeah but I am replacing the lower rear knuckle bushings as they already have some play at 800 miles. All the bushings are the same except the length so I bought a set of fronts because they are the longest and can be cut down as needed. I'll post my findings. Let me confirm the fit too. These are what I bought.

Well, OK, I did one loose set and in all fairness, this was one set of several that before I locked them down with adhesive, did spin a while and may have caused some extra looseness. These bushing may fit better where the old ones didn't spin and wear the base material and maybe the EX is different then the 53. Because I haven't done a video in a while I decided to do one on this.

Here one on an observation I make between the camber on the wheel with the new bushing and the one without.

They may not be quite as tight as you would like but it looks like its an upgrade for sure just due to the material used.  Im sure I will end up doing it in mine also.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

One thing I found odd was that it is just the lower knuckle bushings that wore and not the uppers...or the a-arm..yet.. at least

The same thing happened to my machine.  The rear lowers wore out.  I attribute that to lack of grease.  I have since added angled grease fittings to my lowers.

There's certainly a lot more direct pressure on the lower bushings. There's not much pressure put on the top of a tire

IMO the arms need frequent greasing, I make sure they are full by pumping a few extra pumps after grease come's out of the pivot bushing and wiping off the excess. I know mine seem dry after a few miles and I don't use mine in deep water/mud or hot dry conditions (we don't have much hot dry deserts over here)

4200 miles and little play in the bushings

Just my thoughts :)

Well, I grease mine after every ride..even jack it up when doing it...and most rides are less then 50 miles. After doing the gluing and washer-thing only the rear knuckle bushings are...or were..showing wear. And after doing the drivers-side lowers that wheel still shoes about an 8th-bubble off from being straight. There is a little play in the upper set on that wheel so that will be next. If I start getting wear in a short time on these ASRs I'm pulling the wheel spacers.

You guys should start to see new Bushing in the Units, Been upgraded but not sure when they will start hitting the parts supply, New Bushings are black again.
If it has Pistons or Tits you will encounter problems.

Good. Hopefully that means they upgraded to a Delron material.

Did anyone find out if the new bushings were a different material? I ordered new high clearance a arms and need all new bushings due to blown shocks and don't want to use the same cheap stock bushings but also don't want to glue Polaris bushings in if I don't have to.

Can you tell me what type of adhesive you used on the bushings? Will the Razr bushings fit both front & back on the cfmoto as long as they are cut to length?
