I use a home made version of the Polaris Lock-N-Ride mount which is in the How-To section and Nicholas Rodin, the maker of the Rock Sliders, is a vender here, his contact info in in his area.

I went with this Tusk mount.  It clamps right on to the front bumper and took like 5 min to install it.  I then put a male air hose fitting in it and a female on on the end of my flag.  That way when i get to where im going all i have to do is clip my flag on and im ready.  When im done its a simple unclip and toss the flag in my truck bed or in the SxS and im out of there.  Here is a link to the Tusk mount - http://www.ebay.com/itm/282113896269?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT.   Here is a picture of it on my Zforce with the air fitting.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

Not sure if your state or parks have specific rules on where it has to mount, but if they don't, look in the bed. Almost smack dab in the center of the access panel is a mount for a flag. It's where my LED whip mounts. I have to drill and tap mine because the mount I got came with standard size bold/thread.

Im sure you know this Emerson but to get into Silverlake, MI dunes (and from what I'm told all MI riding areas) if you ride "in it" the flag mount must be on the front.  If you ride "on it" the flag mounts must be on the back.  That makes the Zforce a front mount vehicle.  Just pointing out thats how i chose to mount my flag.

The height requirement is 10 ft from the ground.
