Has any body mounted a 42 inch or larger light bar to the plastic roof

You do not want to mount it directly to the plastic. Use either the roof mount bolts or use bar clamps underneath the plastic and drill through the plastic to the bar mount. That's what I did with my small light bar.







It also helps hold the roof down when transporting in the back of the truck doing 70-80mph...lol
