I just bought a 2023 ZForce HO Sport. I noticed that two of the lower rocker panel blanks have a harness attached to the rear of the blanks. Any thoughts on what belongs here? Thanks!

Probably for options not included in US models like turn signals...ect. Clipping the plug on the blank keeps them from being open and just hanging under the dash. Not a bad idea.

Yeah, I'm hoping someone on here can tell me what options these might be for and what I would need to get them working, beyond just purchasing the switch itself.

They're for the turn signals, hazard (4-way) flashers and horn.  The versions sold outside the US have them installed, the US models don't.  The wire harness is identical for both the US and non-US models so it support upgrades.  You can buy the switches and flasher module and install them in a US model and get all those functions.  I wrote an article on how to do this in the 2023 Zforce 800 Trail and 950 Trail/Sport that's in the How To section. It includes the part numbers and detailed instructions.
